Terms of Service – Aviation Technology, Inc.
By using our services, you agree to these terms. All maintenance and repair work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We are not liable for delays due to parts availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
All work is guaranteed for 90 days from completion, provided the aircraft is operated within manufacturer specifications. This warranty covers our workmanship only and does not extend to parts covered by manufacturer warranties.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their aircraft and required services. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate services if safety concerns arise or if payment terms are not met.
By authorizing work, you confirm you have the authority to do so and agree to pay all charges incurred. Storage fees may apply for aircraft left on our premises beyond 7 days after work completion.
We maintain insurance as required by FAA regulations. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages or losses.
These terms are governed by Kentucky law. Any disputes will be resolved in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
